  • Delivery Window: Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch across most central and metropolitan areas.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Flat-rate delivery fee applied across all Emirates, displayed transparently at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders reaching or exceeding our qualifying minimum cart total (check top banner or checkout for ongoing promotions).

  • No Hidden Fees: All final costs, delivery charges, and applicable VAT are calculated directly at checkout. No unexpected customs clearance fees will be collected at your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • Cash on Delivery is available for all serviceable addresses across the UAE.

  • Please provide a valid, active UAE phone number so our verification and dispatch team can coordinate with you smoothly.

  • Have the exact amount ready upon delivery to ensure a quick and seamless handover by the courier driver.
